NIKO DEININGER

Driven by an untamable lust for life, by the freedom of dance, connected with the world of the seen and unseen and in love with the people and beings of this planet, I create inner and outer spaces for unfolding, healing and pure joy of life — spaces that help overcome suffering and transform human existence into a profound and ecstatic celebration.

Eva Katharina Schaeffeler

Holistic, body-focused coaching for more fulfillment in intimacy and life force

Four major strands (extensive studies and work experience) in my life converge into my present work as a transformation guide (with focus on embodiment and intimacy). These important resources are literature, philosophy, psycholinguistics and contemporary dance, as well as  adult education, coaching and life-long studies of human potential.

My approach is therefore broad, holistic and personal. I endeavor to create solid, non-judgmental and joyful spaces for my clients so they feel free and safe to experiment and explore under my guidance, allowing themselves to feel more pleasure and expand toward finding states of inner peace and flow. I will focus on the physical, but always also address the mental, emotional and spiritual components revealed through mindful and conscious bodywork. For this aim I may choose to mix various modalities and create unique experiences.

I work with individuals as well as with groups or couples, which brings in another exciting challenge: conscious and authentic relating.

ILDIKO VEGH

As a certified Somatic Bodyworker, intimacy coach and tantric masseuse (certified by TMV) I have been supporting people since 2012 on their journey toward a harmonious and fulfilling intimate life. I founded my first private practice for intimacy counseling and tantric massage in 2012. Since 2020 I have been working as an intimacy coach and tantric masseuse in Vienna.

I have realized what truly motivates me in my work: experiencing intimacy as fulfilling and joyful leads people to perceive and live with more vitality, zest for life, satisfaction and optimism in their everyday lives. Yes, that would be my message for humanity.

We humans are fortunate. We have the freedom to experience and unfold our intimacy in the way we wish. Yes, if we are ready for a journey of discovery through the wonderful world of our body and senses. Good intimacy can be learned!

DELIA RUBICK

I feel at home in many worlds, yet the one dearest to me is that of integral Tantra. My vision even led me to found the Vision Institute for Integral Tantra in Vienna.

It is a heartfelt mission of mine to create spaces where people can meet each other naturally and with appreciation, free from beliefs, ideas and expectations. In my seminars I therefore create special experiences again and again – breath journeys, oil rituals, women’s circles and massages where the magic of touch can be felt.

My therapeutic background lies in art and design therapy as well as body and energy work according to Milton Trager and Kaula Tantra Yoga.

My path led me through energetics, Tai Chi, yoga, Lomi Lomi and finally, in 2009, to Contact Improvisation, an expression of presence in which encounter, joy and healing merge.

My work is currently also influenced by Trager (bodywork according to Milton Trager i.A.) and neurosystemic integration (trauma-sensitive coaching according to Verena König i.A.). Organiser of Contact-in-Paradise.com

TILL & SHIRKA

Till (all pronouns) and Shirka (she/her) invite humans to explore their desires, embrace their uniqueness and find a little more freedom in themselves.

Shirka comes from a background in music, performance and visual arts. In recent years, she’s also dived into bodywork and is on her way to becoming a Lomi Lomi practitioner. With many years in the se✗-positive scene, she has slowly but surely grown into her inner dominatrix – a role that once pushed her out of her comfort zone but now feels in her element. She loves inspiring others to discover their own expression.

Her passion? Creating spaces where people can explore their intimacy and boundaries in a safe, playful way.

Till has spent years teaching – languages, theater, flow arts – while also setting stages on fire as a self-employed fire dancer and performance artist. Se✗-positive spaces became a place of deep personal growth for him and now he brings that energy into his workshops: amix of lightness, depth and a good dose of humor. He loves guiding people to the edge of their comfort zone, where they think, “Wait..! Can I really do this?” – only to realize, “Oh yes! And it feels amazing!”

Till & Shirka come from the “Burning Man” culture and highly value the principles of Self-Responsibility, Co-Creation, Immediacy and Self-Expression. Together, they host Workshops and Temples in Berlin, Vienna & Zürich – for everyone looking for sensual exploration, personal growth, playful fun and a juicy community.

Ottokar Lehrner

Ottokar is an actor and director for stage and film, a curator, and an international facilitator of workshops and retreats. He is also a therapist for se✗uality and relationships, specializing in relationship opening and men’s work.

Is our erotic reality the way we wish it to be? Is everything flowing — are we tapping into our potentials, living our desire fully and in all its richness, truly connected with ourselves and others? What is still waiting to be discovered—in us, around us, alone or with others? Where can I grow, and where do I want to grow?

There is power in lightness; cheerfulness opens doors in a playful way. And in a cheerful state, you can also fail well — stand up laughing and keep dancing. We are the decision-makers of our universe, the heroines of our lives, and the bosses in our own bodies. Reality is real, yes, but we can shift it, expand it, turn it into something vibrant, pleasurable, and positive. We keep our feet on the ground—but our carpet, that one can fly…!

It all revolves around presence and connection. When you truly see the other, when you are truly seen by another—seeing meaning: genuinely meaning it—there is a quantum leap in feeling, in desire, in lust, and in love. And all of that is so much bigger than the perfect ass or the most beautiful eyes. It leads you away from ‘I want’ into a shared moment, a magical dance, even if just for a single night.

I am fascinated by the vast, hidden potentials within us and by the paths that allow us to free them. My approach is a playful one—rooted in lightness, humor, empathy, and love. Love for myself and for human beings in all their facets.

Yoga & Breath

A mindful movement practice for everyone.  No wild backbends or pretzel poses — just simple movement and conscious breathing to gently release stiffness in your shoulders, hips, and back, so you’re ready for another great day. This practice is grounding and helps you feel good and present in your body. We begin and end with a shared hug to create safety and connection.

Flowing into the Bliss of the Heart

Step into a sacred space of softening, movement, and breath as we journey into the heart — the center of love, compassion, and connection.

Through a flowing blend of yoga and qigong-inspired movement, pranayama and breathwork, heart-centered meditation, mantra, and deep relaxation, this session invites you to open to the natural intelligence of your heart.

You’ll be guided to release held emotions, awaken your inner radiance, and expand your capacity to give and receive love — both with yourself and others.

This experience weaves together teachings on ancient practices and modern science while nourishing the integration of body, breath, and awareness as a living practice of conscious intimacy.  Together we embody softness, presence, and authentic connection.

Wheel of Consent

What happens when touch doesn’t just “happen,” but is consciously crafted – with clarity around intention, direction, and mutual agreement?

The Wheel of Consent (Dr. Betty Martin) is increasingly integrated in bodywork because of its immense power to bring awareness and clarity into human encounters. It offers two dynamics – Serving & Accepting and Taking & Allowing – that shape how we give and receive touch.

In this workshop, we explore all four qualities with curiosity and care – and uncover the gifts they hold when practiced with awareness and integrity. We learn to appreciate the gifts that true clarity makes possible.

In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll explore these dynamics in a simple, experiential way. We practice clarity, curiosity, and presence – and discover how consent transforms touch into something nourishing, safe, and empowering.

A playful and embodied introduction to this powerful tool – the Wheel of Consent.

Deep Head & Shoulder Release

This workshop offers deep relaxation through a head massage enriched with Ayurvedic marma point techniques. Gentle, precise touch soothes the nervous system, eases tension, and invites profound rest for body and mind.

Especially beneficial for those who carry much in their head, the practice helps release mental overload, bringing clarity, lightness, and freedom. As the shoulders and chest soften, space opens for a gentle heart expansion. Designed as partner work, participants alternate between giving and receiving, experiencing both roles of this calming practice. A journey into balance, presence, and the healing art of touch.

AUM: Emotional Release Meditation

This dynamic and interactive meditation invites you to release pent-up emotions — from anger and grief to love, joy, and even playful craziness — while connecting with others. The AUM offers a supported and guided space to express emotions through your body and voice.

Through partner exercises, shared hugs, and authentic encounters, you will meet others as mirrors for your own inner world. This powerful process allows you to explore deeper emotional layers, discover new freedom in your expression, and open to a sense of connection.

Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more in touch with both your heart and the people around you.

Tittie Tea Time (♀)

Cuppa tea, Mylady?

This playful version of a women* circle invites you to join an afternoon tea salon where we put our „tits on the table“ and raise our cups to this nurturing body part.

The Tittie Tea Temple takes us back to the original hotspot of the human need for pleasurable sipping: the breast. Our first experiences of the world, and often of connection and relationship, are through oral experiences. Even later in life, we still feel relaxation and trust through our nervous system when enjoying warm
drinks.

During our shared Tittie Tea Time, we open the chest and heart area as a highly sensitive and emotional zone – and warm it cup by cup with various aphrodisiac and inspiring teas that nurture feelings of intimacy. Strengthened in our trust, we allow to bare ourselves: as we encounter the polarity of sameness and uniqueness in appearance, of similarity and diversity of stories and experiences. We suckle and pamper, we decorate and celebrate, we shake and we shiver in this joyful sensual exploration with each other.

Come with your favorite top, bra, corset!

True Connection – Men Circle (♂)

We ran out of text, we are looking in our archives!

Your Body — Your Ally

You will

… know – sense – trust – live/inhabit your body more, expand your movement repertoire and your personal expression in true resonance with the music

… be invited to explore different movement qualities through improvisation under my guidance

… (re-)discover your body’s intelligence and offerings which leads to more grounding, ease and confidence

… experience the interplay of the physical, mental and emotional bodies

We will

… play with the physics of the body in motion, e.g. skeletal alignment, gravity, expansion, energy lines, contraction, articulation, movement initiation, impulse and response etc

… approach anatomy in a new way and, together with a conscious vocabulary and visualization, bring more ease to the use of our bodies, allow energy to circulate

… explore and feel – among other things – the firm and supportive structures, the tensile and elastic parts of the body as well as the smooth fluid qualities of the fascia and some central organs. All accompanied by conscious breathing

Playful Games for Connection

Connection Games is a playful, immersive workshop designed to help participants cultivate presence, build intimacy, and foster trust through movement and spontaneous interaction. Drawing from practices in dance, theatre and somatics, we’ll explore ways of bonding. Each game invites you into connection, helping you listen to your body and experience joy. Expect a mix of silly, sensual, and soulful exercises that meet you where you are. You’ll leave feeling energized, connected, and full of beans. No partner or experience required—just curiosity, consent, and a willingness to play. Perfect for those craving meaningful connection in festival space, this session is a soft invitation into embodied intimacy and collective presence. Come solo or with friends—and discover how connection can feel like art, dance, and magic. Clowns and pirates welcome. There will be fun.

SHAME

What is shame? How do we feel it physically, sensually, mentally? Fear-shame, shame-desire, shamelessness. We share experiences and enter a space of playful reflection. A safe and benevolent setting allows us to dissolve and transform pain and fear.

Real topics from participants’ personal lives are taken seriously and explored lightly and playfully in an initial anamnesis. They are then treated using props and touch-tools in a placebo-technical manner. Detachment, catharsis, and liberation are intended and possible. Relief as an experience is healing.

Breath of Renewal: The Rebirthing Experience

Discover the transformative power of the breath as a gateway to release, renewal, and deeper connection. In this experiential session, we’ll begin with gentle movement and preparatory breathing to ground and open the body, followed by an exploration of the art and science of Rebirthing Breathwork—a powerful technique for clearing emotional blockages and awakening the life force within.

Through guided rebirthing practice, you’ll be invited to journey beyond old patterns into a felt sense of spaciousness, self-compassion, and aliveness. This deep breathwork process supports our softening into vulnerability, shedding what no longer serves, and emerging renewed—more open to intimacy, authenticity, and the pulse of life itself.

Your Body – your Guide

As the physical body is a portal to all aspects of Self, tension, pain, discomfort or numbness may guide you toward memories that need healing, We all want to feel more balanced, be our true self and in our power.

For that we will now need to go further and

… connect to and learn about our body’s more subtle structures, essences and energy centers, with the aim to be able to listen to, feel and identify their messages as guiding signals and act accordingly (activation, clearing or calming)

… allow ourselves to feel and get into dialogue with our nervous system, vibrational/energetic body and all states/emotions arising (in your safe body temple),

… learn ways of gently activating or freeing up and creatively releasing stuck, inhibiting energy with the aim to redirect it towards gratifying endeavours, well-being and pleasure!

I will again invite you to use breath (= your homebase), a lot of movement but also sound and (self-)touch

Boundaries & Belonging – Sensing Limits, Cultivating Connection

True closeness begins where we show up with our boundaries — with both our Yes and our No. Especially in existing relationships or communities, it can be challenging to keep consent alive and communicate our needs clearly.

In this practical workshop, we explore how to experience belonging while staying true to ourselves. Together, we address questions such as: How do we navigate uncertainty? When is it okay to stretch our limits, and when do we honor them? How can consent and boundaries coexist with intimacy and connection?

We create a safe space for honest encounters and meaningful connection, where participants can practice perceiving, communicating, and respecting boundaries in non-sexual interactions. The workshop emphasizes consent as a living practice, showing how asking for and respecting a “No” strengthens trust, self-worth, and relational quality.

Content highlights include:

  • Perceiving and expressing boundaries and desires
  • Negotiating touch and consent
  • Experiencing the different qualities of touch in the Wheel of Consent
  • Exploring consent as opportunity for healthy intimacy, mutuality, and polarity

The path of consent and boundaries is a journey of discovery that fosters depth, trust, familiarity, and authentic connection. Participants leave with practical tools to cultivate equitable, nourishing, and sustainable relationships — helping them explore what it means to belong authentically.

Between Us

The need to belong and feel connected is one of our most fundamental human needs. From our earliest years, we learn what parts of ourselves are welcome and what parts might need to be edited, hidden, or sacrificed in order to stay close to others. This is part of being human, and it shapes the way we show up in every relationship and community.

In many spaces that celebrate intimacy and connection, there can be such a deep longing to feel unified that we sometimes merge without realising it. The impulse to belong can quietly override the need to stay distinct, to bring our full, complex selves into the room.

This workshop invites an exploration of the dynamic tension between sameness and difference in our relationships with others. How do we honour our longing for connection while remaining true to our individuality? How do we seek out the safety that comes from sameness without collapsing into conformity or losing our edges? And how do we meet difference – when it feels threatening, when it sparks curiosity, and when it invites growth?

Workshops are microcosms of the wider world. Together, we’ll make the invisible visible: noticing how this polarity shows up within and between us, and experimenting with what it means to stay in contact – with ourselves and each other – in the fertile space between merging and separation.

Conscious Touch – The Art of Embodied Contact

Present, mindful, attuned, authentic, nourishing, and deeply connected — these are all qualities of conscious touch.

In this experiential workshop, we explore the questions:

  • What exactly is conscious touch?
  • How can we practice it and why should we?
  • What does it feel like — both as giver and receiver?

The first step is to strengthen the mind-body connection. We delve into how our body’s innate wisdom can serve us intuitively by fine-tuning somatic awareness — the ability to perceive the subtle signals of our bodies.

Together, we navigate non-sexual touch with clear agreements, small rituals, and gently guided encounters, co-creating a space that feels truly consensual— a safe, embodied container for connection.

Lastly, we merge these two elements and explore how touch can feel simultaneously consensual and intuitive, safe and spontaneous.

If touch is a language — a means of communicating and building bridges between two individuals — conscious touch is poetry: an artful form of expressionguided by the beauty of connection that touches our hearts.

Tantric Ritual of Seduction

Encounter yourself and others in an ritual of loving, mindful touch. Adore each others. Surrender in a magical space and experience a ritual in which you come into intense, surprising, and connecting contact with different people.

Skinning Ritual

Skinning is not meant literally, but metaphorically: renewal and transformation, moving from the surface into a deeper state of consciousness, freeing ourselves from limitations, letting go of weight, and rediscovering ourselves and the world.

The skin as a metaphor for our lived life—tattooed, painted, covered with all our experiences, the good and the difficult. In this playful ritual, gentle at first and then intense, we peel ourselves out of our old skin and become pure, soft, innocent like a newborn—beautiful and sensitive like a mountain slope on a winter morning, covered in fresh powder snow. Freed and light, we rediscover ourselves and meet the other enchanted beings.

Flirt Like a Butterfly

Flirting can be tricky, but it doesn’t have to be awkward or stressful. This workshop is all about making flirting fun and easy.

Let’s be realistic: You probably won’t find your perfect match here — and that’s not the goal. It’s about practicing, experimenting and building confidence.

After a bit of theory, we’ll dive into fun role-play exercises. By exaggerating and daring a little more, you can explore new sides of flirting — and later bring them into play in a more authentic way.

But flirting is more than just trying to impress someone. It’s about being curious and showing genuine interest. We’ll explore how to ask good questions, really listen, and keep the conversation flowing naturally.

And of course: compliments! They can brighten someone’s day. We’ll practice giving compliments that feel authentic rather than fake — noticing the little things and sharing what you genuinely like in a friendly way.

At the end of the workshop, you’ll get to try your new skills in a playful, low-key date activity. It’s a no-pressure chance to put things into action, share some laughs, and experience real-time flirting.

Note: This is a space to experiment. All you need is a bit of courage, curiosity and humor. You’ll practice with many different partners, including humans of your own gender.

Touched – in the space between

A space for conscious encounter and touch
Between you and me lies a space – finer than words, more alive than silence. In this workshop, we explore the space between: that invisible field where touch arises before it happens. We play with movement, contact, breath and attention.

How does encounter change when we truly listen – to the moment, to the body, to the other being? Presence becomes a bridge, movement becomes conversation. A mindful, non-sexual space for experience, where you can explore how closeness unfolds from awareness. Boundaries are allowed to show themselves, connection is allowed to happen – easily, clearly, vividly.

This workshop invites you to experience conscious intimacy – not in the sense of romance or eroticism, but as a subtle presence in the now. A space where encounter arises because you encounter yourself. Together we create a safe, respectful framework in which boundaries are perceptible, communicable and welcome. This creates trust – and with it the freedom to experience yourself in movement, touch and stillness.

No previous experience necessary – just openness to let yourself be touched by the present moment.

Tickle Me Softly & Laugther Circle

Tickle Me Softly
– You will laugh, whether you like it or not.

A slightly strange, very playful way to start your day — with laughter, touch, and a gentle , activating push beyond your comfort zone. We begin with a silly warm-up game to shake off the sleep and loosen up your face muscles. Just enough to get the giggles going — because next comes the heart of it: in small groups, we take turns tickling each other. Yes, really.

It’s simple, strange, and surprisingly connecting. And of course, it’s all about consent. We talk boundaries before we begin, and everything happens with care and clarity. No surprise attacks here (unless you want one).

Tickling and laughter stir things up. They release tension, wake up your system, and bring you fully into the moment — and into connection with the people around you. You’ll leave feeling awake, a little lighter, and maybe even delightfully disoriented in the best possible way.

Come let your inner child have a moment. You might be surprised how good it feels to start the day with a tickle.

Laughter Circle
– because laughter is is the best medicine!

And that is exactly what we will do in this workshop:
We stand in a circle and laugh. As instructed. Fake it, till you make it! That might sound just as strange as it can feel at first. But no matter why you laugh, laughter works! On your body and on your nervous system.

When you laugh, your breathing, blood flow and immune system are stimulated. Stress hormones are broken down and happiness hormones are released. Laughter makes you healthy and happy. It opens your heart. And if you enjoy it in large quantities, laughter also gives you a bit of a “high”! In a playful, theatrical way we will laugh in several rounds with some grounding breaks in between. Each round lasts a little longer. And after a while it just get’s better and better.

Caution: This workshop can cause muscle soreness and have a heart-opening effect!

The Breath of Life

Awaken and expand the life force within as we explore the ancient art and living science of yogic breathwork. In this experiential session, we’ll prepare ourselves through gentle yoga and breath-centered movement to enliven the body and mind, then journey through the energy centers (chakras) using a series of powerful pranayama techniques with bandhas—the internal yogic locks – to harmonize body, energy, emotions and mind.

Blending traditional wisdom with modern science, we’ll explore how breath and sexual energy can be consciously directed and sublimated through the chakras to cultivate vitality, healing, and expanded awareness. This practice invites you to a deeper embodiment of connection—where sexual, creative, and spiritual energies unite.

Turned On by Truth

There is nothing quite as exciting – or as edgy – as seeing and being seen deeply by another human being. This honesty beyond performance is where true eros lies, not just sexual eros, but the life-force itself, the spark that animates us, the current of vitality that flows when truth meets truth and presence meets presence.

In this session, using a mixture of simple relational practices in pairs and triads, we’ll explore the potency of the relational field by slowing down, dropping into presence, tuning in to what’s alive within us, and practicing the art of speaking the truth of our experience while being fully received.

The relational field is a complex weave of longings, defenses, projections, cultural conditioning, love, and fear – threads we often keep hidden, even from ourselves. Rather than avoiding discomfort or masking what arises, we’ll practice meeting each moment with honesty and care, whether it brings desire, resistance, awkwardness, or uncertainty. This is not a space for performance or seduction, but for real-time exploration of what it means to be human together – vulnerable, alive, and deeply connected to eros and the quietly transformational space between us.

Belly Love

An affectionate encounter with your belly and other people’s bellies. The belly is the centre of our body. Joy, lust and aggression are at home here. Your ability to say a clear ‘Yes’ or a clear ‘No’ to things is fed from here. Often this part of our body gets either too little or the wrong kind of attention.

The belly is often experienced as a problem zone rather then a centre of joy. In the Belly Love workshop we aim to access our sense of joy and s*xual desire through the belly.

You will immerse yourself in a lively encounter with your belly: Touch your belly and, should you want to, touch other bellies and be touched.

Playfight

Playfight is more than just a physical game. It is an experiential space where we rediscover ourselves and our boundaries. Within a safe and respectful setting, we dive into the dynamics of body contact, energy exchange, and playful interaction. It’s not about winning or losing, but about the power of connection and the exploration of presence.

Whether you’re drawn to the physical aspect, the sensual play, or the experience of flirting — Playfight offers a wide range of possibilities to connect. Every moment is an invitation to engage with yourself and others in a deep, pleasurable way.

In a protected space free from performance pressure, it’s all about experiencing yourself as a human being — as a feeling, sensing creature. Playfight is a space where you can show up in both your strength and your vulnerability — with full respect for yourself and your partner.

The Five Elements of Touch

This workshop introduces the five elemental qualities of massage: Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Ether. Each element carries its own essence – grounding, warmth, flow, lightness and spaciousness.

Through guided partner practices, participants explore how to embody and transmit these energies with their hands. Touch becomes more than technique: it grows into a language of presence, sensitivity and transformation.

The journey expands awareness and enriches the spectrum of touch, offering both giver and receiver a playful yet profound experience. Discover how elemental touch awakens connection and opens a new dimension of massage.

Ecstatic Trance Massage

In this workshop, we meet the sources of our vitality.

What is Ecstatic Trance Massage (ETM)?

ETM is not a classical massage. It is about self-activation through breath, voice and movement, which can be accompanied, supported, and intensified by the touch of a partner.

What to expect

We will explore breath, voice, and movement together, and the different ways to guide and accompany one another. Afterwards, participants pair up to support each other through a ritual. In a short demonstration, we will show what an ETM session looks like in practice. It can become an experience of boundlessness, trance, and ecstasy — or simply a playful, challenging, or joyful exploration of your own boundaries. Whatever unfolds, a good approach is to let go of any expectations you associate with the words “trance” and “ecstasy,” and allow yourself to be surprised by what this workshop has in store.

During ETM, the intimate area may be included by mutual agreement, but explicit intimate massage is not part of the workshop.

Who is this workshop for?

For anyone curious and open to new experiences. Experience in breath or body work can be helpful but is not required.

Please come with a practice partner who will accompany you during the massage portion. You will stay with the same person you registered with — partner changes are not possible.

Clothing

Wear comfortable clothing for the first part of the workshop.

During the break, you may put on a lunghi.

For the massage portion, being nude is suggested, but you may decide for yourself how much clothing you need to feel comfortable.

What to bring

  • Lunghi
  • A large bath towel or a sheet to lie on
  • A small towel for your hands

Curious Lips – Let's kiss

This workshop is for you if you like to kiss and to be kissed! You will explore different ways of kissing with different levels of intensity. The approach is slow, playful, explorative and fun!

This workshop is not about «learning how to kiss», but about exploring different kind of kisses with a bigger number of humans. How does it feel? What do I like? How can kissing be even more fun?

It’s completely normal to feel shy or unsure about kissing strangers at first. That’s why we’ll start slowly and have several icebreakers to help overcome the initial awkwardness. We start with «awkward Air-Kisses», have fun with «shy Teenager-Kisses» and show off like stars with «Hollywood-Kisses».

The journey will lead you from kisses without touch to sensually exploring lips to proper French-Kisses, maybe even with several persons. Throughout the workshop, you always have the choice with whom you kiss and how often.

You kiss at your own pace. There will also be several moments for self-reflection to help you stay grounded and refocus, as kissing with many humans in a short time can get quite intense.

Of course consent always applies; this means we always ask for consent before a kiss and you can take breaks at your own pace or opt-out, if you realize, that it’s not for you.

Kissing makes you happy! It creates closeness and connection, and releases feel-good hormones. It’s exciting, fun, and maybe even a little arousing.. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a big smile on your face and may even leave with a bit more courage and ease when it comes to asking someone for a kiss.

Be ready to kiss many different humans and be open to kissing people of ALL GENDERS. And be curious! It might be that a person, that on first look is not your type, will be the most amazing kisser of the evening…

Please come fresh, with curious lips and brushed teeth!

Tent of Tenderness

Sensual and erotic poetry performed with live music. The audience is involved interactively—dreaming, cuddling, playing, loving… and embarking on a sensuous-poetic journey. Beautiful people serve touch utensils and grapes.

A poetic-tender happening that culminates in a dreamlike cuddle puddle.

Quantum Light Breath

Quantum Light Breath – during the breathwork you will experience the power of one of the most important psychoactive substances – oxygen. The intense breathing accompanied by music has a deep effect on your subconsciousness. Deep insights, access to your creativity and a noticeable opening of the heart are likely results.

Holotropic Breathwork

A deep journey beyond the ordinary.

In this Workshop, we open the space for an intense process of self-exploration, release and transformation through the power of breath and evocative music. Holotropic Breathwork invites you to dive beyond your conscious mind — to access hidden layers of memory, emotion and insight. It can be a profoundly healing and life-changing experience supporting deep integration and personal growth.

Please note:

  • No alcohol or substances before, during or after the session.

  • Participants with diagnosed psychological or medical conditions are kindly asked to speak with us in advance.

  • The session can be emotionally and physically intense, and we hold a safe, contained space for whatever arises.

Come as you are — ready to breathe, feel and expand.

For this Workshop its needed to fill out a medical form, because of the intensity. You get the medical form at the reception. Please fill it out and return it to the reception latest 2 hours before the workshop starts.

If necessary bring your own blanket, cushion or eye cover with you.

Awaken your sweet spots!

Yoni/Vagina Mapping and Lingam/Penis Mapping

Sweet Spot Surfing
Awaken your sweet spots!

Embark on a journey to your sweet spots. Find them, please them and let them blossom. The workshop compiles of two parts. At the beginning of each part you will get the treasure map to imagine the inner and outer secrets and some hints for special tantric techniques. After a sort break you will dive into practice with your partner.

Yoni Mapping we will locate the juicy regions in or around your vagina, love them and appreciate them. A, G, C, U, Z spot – want to know? This and much more. Together we will climax in an orgasmic meditation. Lingam Mapping we will locate the juicy regions at and around your penis, love them and appreciate them.

Together we will uncover the secret of the million-dollar point, a sacred point on the way to multiple (dry) orgasm. No matter if you are a natural sweet spot surfer or still exploring.

Come with a partner or find one right at the beginning of the workshop. Yes, you can do the workshop alone, but it’s much more fun with a partner. You want to surrender in self-love? Welcome – but girls bring a dildo.

Touch The Forest Ritual

This Ritual is a playful way to experience safe, pleasurable touch. After a series of consent exercises, we transform into receiving trees and curious creatures. This event is a safe gentle way to experience touch and learn about appropriate touch.

Colour on Skin – a Dance of the Moment

A playful, mindful space where touch, movement and colour come alive – expression, joy and presence in the now

How does it feel when colour finds the body? When lines, shapes and traces become stories – fleeting, breathing, alive? In this workshop, I invite you to experience the body as a canvas of the moment. Not to create, but to discover – what colour, touch and movement can create in dialogue. Together we explore a mindful, non-sexual space where touch, colour and joy are allowed to dance playfully with each other. The painting is done lightly, curiously and by mutual consent – with fun, respect and an open heart.

You are invited to express yourself in colour, form and feeling – to laugh, to feel, to dance, to breathe. Colour becomes a mirror of your inner experience, a celebration of vitality, an invitation to the present moment. No previous artistic experience is necessary – just the desire to experience yourself in colour and movement.

Deep Connection – A Journey into Presence and Intimacy

This workshop gives you the opportunity to discover a new way of perceiving sexual energy. Deep relaxation and sensuality meet, allowing you to experience yourself in a completely new way. The touch ritual consists of meditative, sensual touches in five structured phases, three of which are focused on the intimate areas (Yoni / Lingam).

In everyday sexual encounters, sensuality is usually linked to activity and goal-oriented behavior. But what happens when you simply receive or give long, repetitive, truly intention-free, sensual touches? Come and experience it for yourself!

What to expect:
– Demonstration of the five touch phases
– Practical exercises with your practice partner
– Deep experience and enjoyment of this touch meditation

Important notes:
– This is a nude workshop
– The massage requires the ability to sit or kneel on the floor/on a cushion for about 40 minutes
– Partner changes are not possible
– Please arrive already dressed in your lunghi

Please bring:
– A sheet to lie on
– A towel to cover your meditation cushion

Temple NIght

A playful space to meet others – and yourself. We begin by gently landing together. Through breathwork, movement and icebreakers, we arrive in our bodies and in the here and now.

In a shared circle, we open up about our desires and offers. Bring your co-creative ideas for the free-flow part: living buffet, playfighting, massages, ropes, tickle circle…

After the guided part, the space opens for free exploration. You follow your impulses – cuddle, kiss, dance, flirt, play… You can say yes, no, or maybe later. You might connect deeply with one person, flutter around like a curious butterfly, or simply enjoy your own company. Everything is welcome – the shy, the wild, the quiet, the loud. It’s about meeting others honestly, with clear boundaries, open hearts, and a curious spirit of play.

By the end, you might leave glowing, smiling, and feeling like you just spent a sunny afternoon on a beautiful meadow – a real Spielwiese.

Touch in Being

A space for embodiment, presence and inner intimacy

Touch is our first language – one that reaches deeper than words. When touch becomes silent, it begins to speak. After exploring the in-between, we dive deeper – into being itself. Here, it is no longer about contact as an action, but about embodiment as a state. We slow down, breathe, listen with our skin. Listening creates movement, closeness arises in the space. Touch becomes meditation – a field in which consciousness expresses itself through physicality.

In this workshop, we open up a space of experience in which you can refine your perception: How does contact feel when it is shared? How does skin sound when it listens? How does closeness arise when no one demands it? This second part opens up space for conscious, non-sexual intimacy, supported by silence, trust and presence. A path of experience into the essential – to a place where nothing needs to be done because everything is already there.

No previous experience necessary. Just the willingness to feel, to listen and to allow yourself to be touched – inside and out. Can also be attended individually – but together, both days unfold like the inhalation and exhalation of a single moment.

Water Welcomes You

A meeting of you, the ocean and others. Slippery wet intimacy. We play games for connection with nature and new friends. This ritual invites you to be curious about yourself and others. Together we explore playful games and the gentle splash of waves.

Deep Connection – A Journey into Presence and Intimacy

Few experiences touch us as deeply as real connection. To feel close to another human being — physically, emotionally, soulfully — nourishes us at the core of who we are. But intimacy does not happen by itself; it gently asks us to show up — to reveal ourselves, to receive fully, and to consciously allow closeness.

In this experiential workshop, we create a safe and spacious container to explore what intimacy means in embodied practice. Step by step, moment by moment, we open to presence, trust, and authentic connection — to ourselves, to another, and to the group.

We will explore:

  • How intimacy grows when we balance openness with clear boundaries.
  • What it means to surrender, to let go, and to allow closeness without losing ourselves.
  • How connection flows when bodies “speak” to each other through touch, rhythm, and presence.
  • Ways to stay attuned to our own needs while being deeply present with another.

This is not about performance, but about cultivating the conditions for intimacy to arise naturally: slowing down, sensing deeply, and allowing ourselves to be seen and felt. Here we touch the essence of intimacy: the quiet recognition that true connection opens the door to something larger than ourselves.

Body to Body – intimacy in movement

You will be guided through playful experiences with the intention to

… expand your skills to communicate (negotiate!) non-verbally as a couple by exploring the many ways of getting into, remaining in and getting out of moving intimate contact, with presence, mindfully and by using your body wisdom

… build TRUST between one another and offer support without exhausting yourself by applying your knowledge of and respect for your and your partner’s body, and its SAFE, ergonomic use

… explore how to get and stay in connection with our own and you partner’s BREATH and with its help search for the appropriate movement quality, together.

… feel into subtle expressions in you and in your partner by slowing down and listening

…acknowledge your felt ‘no s ‘,  your ‘yes s’ and ‘perhaps s’ and practice to deal with them in a loving way

It goes without saying: for this experience a well-developed body awareness is definitely an advantage, albeit fundamental, because we will need its capacity for resonance (see  my other offerings).

In Love & Service to her

Many of us have tasted the thrill of power exchange in D/S play, but what happens when our submission is not to a person, but to life itself? When the Feminine, not necessarily as gender, but as a living current, the big SHE, becomes the one we serve?

This laboratory invites you into the deeper mystery of devotion to the Feminine: not as performance or roleplay, not through techniques, but offering our presence, our attention, our erotic energy in service to something greater.

What does it mean to be worshipped without objectification and what gets in the way of true devotion? ? How can play become prayer? How might erotic surrender transform us, not just arouse us?

This session will integrate simple relational and embodied practices with space to reflect and discuss what arises in us, inspired by the beautiful lands of Crete – home to the last matriarchal civilisation in Europe!

Bacchanal - Temple of Sin

We will enjoy our bodies, transform them into works of art and turn them into a plate full of delights. In this sex-positive space, everything is allowed but nothing is mandatory.

The Alchemy of Rest: Transformation through Yoga Nidra

Enter a state of deep restoration and inner awakening through the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that leads you into the space between waking and dreaming. We’ll begin with gentle movement and breathwork to soften the body and quiet the mind, creating the perfect foundation for stillness.

You’ll learn about the science and subtle mechanics behind Yoga Nidra—how it harmonizes the nervous system, releases subconscious tension, and opens the door to profound transformation. Then, through a full Yoga Nidra journey, you’ll be guided to dissolve layers of conditioning and reconnect with the essence of pure awareness.

Embodied Self love — Orgasmic Yoga

The art of mindful self love. Embodied Self Love opens a space where you can explore yourself. A wonderful encounter with your body. Wild and gentle, lively, loud or quiet. With soft sensual or tight touches and strokes. A little of everything or maybe something completely different. Allow yourself to fall and be surprised; by what you can gift yourself.

Deep Touch – Sensual Partner Massage Workshop

Everybody loves a good massage. But when was the last time you actually received one?

This workshop is for everyone who want to bring massage into their lives in a simple and regular way. It’s a start or an opportunity to deepen your practice. A chance to slow down, touch and be touched… maybe a gentle step toward something you’ve been wanting for a while?

It’s not about fancy techniques. It’s about slowing down, feeling each other and letting the hands speak. We draw inspiration from Lomi Lomi and energetic bodywork – long strokes, warm oil, presence. A massage is a gift: wonderful to receive and just as nourishing to give. The one who gives tunes in with their partner. Breathing together. Following the rhythm of the body. This calms the mind, opens the heart and can lead into a state of bliss – for both!

During the workshop you will:
• Pick up a few simple techniques you can use on the whole body.
• Notice how touch can speak, without words, and how it changes the space between you.
• Take turns giving and receiving, with guidance along the way.
• Play with energy, rhythm and intention – and see how they shape the experience.
• Leave with ideas for making massage a small ritual at home.

We keep it hands-on. First you watch a demo. Then you take turns. One gives, the other receives. Afterwards you land together, sharing what worked and what surprised you. This is not about perfection. It’s about discovering a new way to connect, and enjoying the process together.

Come partnered up! It‘s for couples, friends, any combination – all are welcome. Gender is irrelevant, presence and touch are what count.

Conscious Cuddle Experience – PLAYFIGHT EDITION

Sometimes fast and powerful, sometimes slow and careful, sometimes sensual and full of pleasure – we wrestle, tumble, laugh, romp, discover ourselves playfully, and wrestle each other breathless. Pure playfulness.

In the cuddly part, we give our bodies loving attention and nourishing warmth. The foundation is the framework of the Conscious Cuddle Experience: much is possible, nothing is required. You decide with whom and how you want to enter into touch. Follow the impulses of your body – and perhaps discover it in a whole new way.

To feel your body (again) in its strength is a wonderful gift. To playfully let off steam is liberating. To express yourself physically is enlivening. To meet each other in cuddles brings cozy feelings of joy.

Tiger or cuddle kitten? Tiger and cuddle kitten!

Five Moving Meditations

This workshop offers five dynamic meditations that gently free the spine and restore its vitality. Through simple, rhythmic movements, tension softens, energy flows with more ease and a deep sense of presence awakens. Each practice blends mindful awareness with movement, guiding you into clarity, calm and inner balance.

The experience feels like a renewal of the spine: breath deepens, awareness refines, and body and mind reconnect in harmony. One of these meditations also forms the foundation for the Spinal Bliss Workshop, creating a pathway for deeper exploration. Discover the joy of movement and the freshness it brings within.

Ciao, Cacao!

Get high and say bye!

A closing cacao ceremony and integration circle at the end of a transformative week: with hearts (at least!) already spread wide open, we pour our stories and experiences into the circular pot of community to digest with each other. What sweet memories does your mind taste? What are the sticky moments that challenged you? What are the flavors that you missed and would have needed?

We share in big and small groups what needs to be metabolized whilst still on the spot – and fired up by a cup of ceremonial cacao, we bring the qualities that we want to take back home to a boil. It might be bubbly, it might be sedative-meditative, it might be spicy – here you can empty your cup, fill your heart once more.

Let’s stir up the collective energy to celebrate a farewell with all the body parts you encountered during the week, with all the learnings you are taking with you, and… with all the feels <3

Identity Alchemy

– So tell me who you are!

Everything is constantly changing – including you and your identity. You have the power to shape your identity and your self-image – at least to some extent. And you can do that again and again, whenever you need to. Many people define themselves through their past. Through things they once did or experienced. Through what they did for others – or because of others. Through ideas of who they think they should be, based on what matters to others or to society. Your self-image becomes more solid every time you retell your story – to yourself or to others –
about who you are.

Knowing exactly who you are can give you a sense of safety: “This is who I am.” But it can also feel heavy, tight, or like there’s no way out: “That’s just the way I am.” When your life shifts – in many small steps or all at once – and your self-image no longer fits your current reality, it can feel confusing, painful, or like the ground is being pulled out from under your feet.

This workshop is an invitation to connect with yourself in the here and now: How do you see yourself? How do you tell your story? And how would you like to be?

Over the course of 2 hours, you’ll answer the same question again and again: “So tell me who you are!”

And your answer will likely shift – each time a little more. This process can go deep. It may be intense, emotional, and confronting. But with every round, you can bring your story into closer alignment with what feels alive and true for you right now. And that can feel empowering, freeing – maybe even transformative.

You are a tender silken creature that feels most comfortable touched by the kisses of flowers? You are welcome! Together, we use the beach terrace of our Cocoon as a lift off ramp and dance into the future, to bring our magnificent transformation home with joy and delight.

True Connection – A Men’s Workshop (♂)

Behind the stories we’ve learned to tell about manhood lies something simple, raw, and real: our shared humanity.

In this workshop, we meet man to man, brother to brother. We slow down enough to truly see each other, to dismantle the quiet walls we often build around our hearts. We drop the need to prove anything, and allow ourselves to just be — in truth, in vulnerability, in presence.

Together we create a space where we can be strong and soft, fierce and kind, grounded in who we are and open to who we are becoming.

We remember:
That we are not alone.
That we can be each other’s allies, mirrors, and best friends.
That there is a unique power in male connection — not built on comparison, but on compassion.

Let’s step into that space.
Let’s meet each other there.
Let’s reclaim what it means to be brothers

Flow Touch – Multihand Massage

Flow Touch – the “more than one” massage – if you are touched by four or more hands, your mind is no longer able to differentiate the different touches and identify the actors. The result is an incomparable feeling that often leads to an expanded state of consciousness. Depending on the participants you will experience contact with every gender by receiving and giving.

ECSTATIC DANCE

Ecstatic Dance – The Cocoon Edition
Close your eyes.
Breathe!
There is nothing you need to do—
except to feel.
To the beat.
To the whisper of your body.
To the call of the stars.

Dance!
Like it’s the first time.
Like you’ve never been held back by shame or thought or time.
Let yourself be moved,
by the rhythm,
by the sky,
by the pulse of something ancient and wild inside you.

Let your dance be prayer.
Let it be chaos.
Let it be laughter, or tears, or trembling truth.

Stay with yourself—
or merge into a moment of shared motion.
There is no wrong step,
no need to impress,
no audience, no performance.

Just you.
And the Universe.
And the breath between the beats.

Welcome to the dance.
Welcome to the now.
Welcome home.
