THE RETREAT
The Cocoon is a 7-day retreat in Crete, Greece, dedicated to Conscious Intimacy.
With three workshops happening at the same time, you choose your own path through the retreat – based on your interests, your curiosity and what you need in the moment.
The program moves between body-oriented practices, self-exploration, relationship work and conscious connection, sexually oriented workshops, celebratory and open exploratory formats. It offers different ways to experience yourself, connect with others and explore intimacy in its many forms.
We intend to create a safe*r container. We want all participants to arrive on the first day and stay until the last – there is no coming and going during the retreat.
For this week, the entire venue is exclusively dedicated to The Cocoon. There are no other guests or outside visitors in the space, creating a closed setting for the shared experience.
ACCOMMODATION
Same-gender double rooms by default, with shared rooms for couples available. There are also villas for groups. Fresh, local food with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

For one full week, Istron Bay becomes our sanctuary — exclusively reserved for The Cocoon. No hotel guests. Just us. A temporary village of presence, held by sea, mountains, and stillness.
Tucked away on the east coast of Crete, this hidden bay opens into turquoise water and golden cliffs. You’ll sleep in nice and quiet rooms, just a few steps from the sea and enjoy half board. You’ll wake up with sunlight dancing on the water, and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean.
Whether you swim at dawn, nap under olive trees or watch the sunset in silence — this land invites you to arrive fully.
