NIKO DEININGER

Director of the “Bewusst Sein im Fokus” Center, Co-Founder of BlissPlanet, Co-Founder of The Cocoon

When I look back on my life and ask myself what has repeatedly brought me into joy, openness and bliss, I find three qualities at the heart of it all:

Gratitude. Compassion. Love.

Not because I’m particularly good at them. I know the beautiful mess of being human. I get lost, I doubt, I struggle, I hold on. Sometimes I get hurt and sometimes I’m the one who hurts others. I know the wild waves as well as the still waters.

Yet over the years, gratitude, compassion and love have become my inner lighthouse. They don’t prevent every storm, but they remind me which direction I want to sail.

This is what inspires me to create spaces like The Cocoon, BlissPlanet and Bewusst Sein im Fokus.

Spaces where we can step out of the familiar noise of everyday life. Where we can feel ourselves again, explore, connect, be vulnerable and perhaps discover something we didn’t even know we were missing.

Whether we call it Tantra, dance, meditation, touch or something else matters little. What matters to me is the experience of being truly alive and genuinely connected.

I believe that connection begins with ourselves — with the willingness to embrace our own humanity, including all its imperfections. And from there, something beautiful can unfold in our encounters with others, with nature and with life itself.

For me, bliss is not about always being happy. It’s about finding my way home, again and again and again.

Miriam S. Koller

MIRIAM S. KOLLER

Holistic Coach · Experience Designer · Creatrix at Bliss Planet & The Cocoon

I accompany people through processes of transformation – back to themselves, towards greater self-agency and a life that feels authentic, conscious, and aligned. I'm interested not only in what we can understand intellectually, but in how we can develop the capacity to truly feel the fullness of being alive – and embody it.

To me, change doesn't happen solely in safe, protected spaces. More often than not, it begins in adventure, on the playground of life: wherever we find the curiosity to explore new experiences.

I relate to the symbol and the event The Cocoon as a space where self-exploration and conscious connection are a catalyst for growth and change put into practice. Where people inspire one another, expand their sense of possibility, and don't just consume community, but actively co-create it. Here, I believe we can experience how being alive is both a privilege and a practice: an invitation to cultivate courage, again and again – to come into relationship with it.

Just as in my trauma-sensitive one-on-one sessions, experience designs, and workshops, I want to create spaces of possibility at The Cocoon: places where we can taste, feel, discover, and experiment with the richness of life.

What I bring to The Cocoon is a playfully grounded blend of sensuality, lightness, and depth. A radically gentle honesty. And the embodied inspiration to take what we discover about ourselves beyond this liminal space and into the way we live our everyday lives.

Christian Gsellmann

CHRISTIAN GSELLMANN

Co-Founder. Creative tinkerer. Web whisperer. Has strong feelings about spacing.

I’ve always had a thing for making things feel right. Websites, brands, words, colors — it’s not just about how it looks. It’s about how it lands. I can spend hours tweaking a button or rewriting one line of text… not because I’m a perfectionist, but because I care. A lot.

I build websites and brands — not the flashy, empty kind, but the kind that feels like you, tells your story and actually works. I like building stuff that’s real. Deep. Alive. And I love working with people who aren’t afraid to be all that, too.

I work best when there’s trust, a bit of chaos and snacks. I tend to fall for things that are a bit weird, a bit wild and way too honest. Same goes for people.

Hannah Keller

HANNAH KELLER

Visual Artist & The Cocoon Interior Designer

As an artist and scenic painter, I create spaces that invite people to open up, feel safe and explore new parts of themselves. I believe that the environments we move through have a profound impact on our energy and our inner state. Through my spiritual journey, I understood how deeply our surroundings shape us, often more than we realize. This insight has inspired me to weave together my work as an art therapist with the creative process of crafting meaningful spaces. My intention is to design atmospheres that support transformation, connection, and a gentle return to one’s own essence.
