The Cocoon is a 7-day retreat in Crete, Greece, of conscious intimacy, sensitivity and deep transformation.
Over the course of seven days, we dive into the terrain of conscious connection: the space where body, emotion and soul meet authentic relating. Through multiple guided workshops per day, held by international teachers, supported by morning rituals, integrative spaces and the vastness of the ocean, we explore the realms of true connection in every aspect.
It is a space for embodied experience, an invitation to shed old layers, to reveal yourself with skin and soul, to drop masks, soften the armor, and meet life and other beautiful people — from your most sensitive spark to your wildest outcry — just as you are.
For one full week, Istron Bay becomes our sanctuary — exclusively reserved for The Cocoon. No hotel guests, no outside programs. Just us. A temporary village of presence, held by sea, mountains, and stillness.
Tucked away on the east coast of Crete, this hidden bay opens into turquoise water and golden cliffs. You’ll sleep in nice and quiet rooms, just a few steps from the sea and enjoy half board. You’ll wake up with sunlight dancing on the water, and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean.
Whether you swim at dawn, nap under olive trees or watch the sunset in silence — this land invites you to arrive fully.

When we, Reinhard, Christian, and Niko began designing this retreat, we realized it was high time to bring together all our visions, experiences, and skills to create something truly special. Together, we shaped a deep and powerful format that unites the exploratory, expansive vitality of “Schwelle” with the warmhearted and transformative consciousness work of Bliss Planet. We have brought an event into the world that lives on a new level of embodied awareness — and through it, we aim to inspire thousands of people to live a fulfilled, fear-free, and joyful life.
