Reinhard Gaida is the founder of Schwelle and a visionary guide in the fields of relationships, embodiment and expanded states of consciousness. With over two decades of experience in therapy, breathwork and hypnosis he creates spaces where people can explore who they truly are – beyond shame, norms and societal expectations.
His mission is to support individuals in discovering relationship formats that truly fit them – free, conscious and deeply alive. He envisions a world where love and connection are not bound by convention and where intimacy becomes a source of power, creativity and joy. His work invites deep transformation – in body, mind and soul. His work has been featured in national and international media for advancing conscious intimacy and relationship culture.

I’ve always had a thing for making things feel right. Websites, brands, words, colors — it’s not just about how it looks. It’s about how it lands. I can spend hours tweaking a button or rewriting one line of text… not because I’m a perfectionist, but because I care. A lot.
I build websites and brands — not the flashy, empty kind, but the kind that feels like you, tells your story and actually works. I like building stuff that’s real. Deep. Alive. And I love working with people who aren’t afraid to be all that, too.
I work best when there’s trust, a bit of chaos and snacks. I tend to fall for things that are a bit weird, a bit wild and way too honest. Same goes for people.
We’re thrilled to bring together two trusted communities — BlissPlanet and Schwelle — to create something entirely new.
BlissPlanet, known for conscious and transformative festivals and Ecstatic Dances in Austria, brings its heart‑centred energy, experienced facilitators, and warm, genuine community culture.
Schwelle is known for courageously pushing boundaries. It is a place for deep relational work, lived presence and the shared exploration of the full spectrum of human experience. Schwelle creates spaces where people meet themselves and each other in raw and authentic ways.
When we, Reinhard, Christian, and Niko began designing this retreat, we realized it was high time to bring together all our visions, experiences, and skills to create something truly special. Together, we shaped a deep and powerful format that unites the exploratory, expansive vitality of “Schwelle” with the warmhearted and transformative consciousness work of Bliss Planet. We have brought an event into the world that lives on a new level of embodied awareness — and through it, we aim to inspire thousands of people to live a fulfilled, fear-free, and joyful life.
